A retired fireman in China’s Henan province has been arrested for kidnapping women and turning them into sex slaves. Li Hao, 34, would kidnap young women and then force them to perform sex acts with other men for money. Oddly enough, the women have no hatred for Li and claim that he gave them video games and DVDs.
A fleet of American Predator and Reaper drones has been infected with a computer virus. Drones are unmanned aircrafts, which allow the military to attack targets without risking the lives of actual soldiers. These drones have played a major role in the war terror and have killed more than 2,000 suspected militants and civilians in the past two years. A truck driver in Luzhou, western China, ran over a 5 year-old boy. Ao Yong, the driver of the truck, then proceeded to put the truck in reverse and run over the child again to make sure the child was dead. Later it was discovered that Yong was trying to avoid paying hospital bills for the child. The victim, Xiong Maoke, was walking from home on his way to school when he was hit. Witness Zhang Shifen said “‘I saw the truck move back a little and then move forward again. Xiong became wrapped up in the wheel and the truck continued forward another ten yards.”
Two police officers in Downey are under investigation after they shot and killed robbery suspect Michael Nida whom family members say was innocent. An armed robbery at an ATM prompted police to start a manhunt for the suspects when they came across Nida. Nida’s wife says she and Michael had stopped at a gas station and Michael ran across the street to get cigarettes. That’s when police officers spotted Nida and say his clothing matched that of the robbery suspects. Officers stated that Nida tried to run from them and when Nida turned towards the officers he was shot and killed. Nida was unarmed at the time.
A 39 year-old homeless man was arrested after protesters at Occupy Albuquerque said the man pulled out a filet knife and tried to attack. When police arrived on the scene the man refused to obey the officers commands and had to be subsequently tasered. He has been booked on aggravated assault charges.
A Detroit father has been charged with 2nd and 4th degree child abuse after a concerned witness called 911 to report a young child driving a van. The father instructed his 9 year-old daughter to drive him to the gas station. Surveillance cameras at the station capture what appears to be the man’s 9 year-old daughter driving up to the store. The man goes on to admit on video that his daughter did in fact drive him to the store because he had been drinking. The van was pulled over a short time later by police.
A Memphis man is behind bars after neighbors reported spotting the man have sex with the dog. Kimberly Lawson reportedly pulled down his pants and allowed the dog to mount him on more than one occasion. The dogs owner says the dog had been acting strange and when neighbors alerted her to what they saw she called police.
