A DeKalb County, Georgia mother is willing to face jail time to prove she didn’t deserve to be kicked out of a Decatur library. A trial date has been set for Donnetta Foster, who says police arrested her because her baby was making noise in the library. Foster, a 20 year-old single mother, faces 1 year in jail if convicted of obstruction of a police officer. Police say when Foster was told to leave the library, she became angry and began using profanity. She was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly cursing in front of children.
Police Shootout Leaves Two Innocent Bystanders Dead
Police in New York have released shocking video footage of a violent shootout in Brooklyn that left two people dead, including an innocent bystander. Police say Leroy Webster shot and killed 29 year-old Eusi “Randy” Johnson in Crown Heights. The shooting was captured on surveillance video. In the video, police say you can see Johnson and several others running away after Webster shot Johnson. After Johnson was shot, police say Webster chased Johnson as he takes off down the street, firing again in his direction. Police say officers then arrived on the scene and Webster runs back to the building’s front door. Officers ordered Webster to drop his gun, but said Webster instead shoots at the cops. The video shows Webster gets shot by officers. He falls to the ground but is seen firing again at police.

Man Brings Loaded Gun Into Church After Fight With Pastor
A Polk County man has been arrested for bringing a gun into the Wheat Creek Baptist Church in Mill Spring. The man, identified as Daniel Logan, had argued with the church pastor about a song that was chosen to be sung by the choir. Logan allegedly left rehearsal, went out to his car and came back into the church with a handgun.
Father Allows His Two Sons To Attack Another Teen
A father of two teenage boys faces charges after he allowed his sons to attack another teen and then brandished a gun so bystanders would not intervene. The victim says the father was really looking for his brother but found him instead. The man was later arrested at his home.
Walgreens Pharmacist Fired For Shooting At Robbers
Walgreens pharmacist Jeremy Hoven was working the graveyard shift at a Benton Harbor, Michigan, store when two masked gunmen ran into the store and attempted to rob the store. The kicker here is that the company fired Hoven for shooting at the robbery suspects and even when so far as to deny a robbery ever took place.
Vampire Attacks Old Man In Wheelchair
Josephine Smith, 22, was arrested today and charged with felony aggravated battery on an elderly person after she approached him in the parking lot of a Hooters restaurant and attacked him. She claimed she was a vampire and then proceeded to take bites out of his face and arm. Cops found her covered in blood with her panties around her ankles.
