An Indian man fed up with waiting on a tax application to be approved decided to release dozens of deadly snakes as protest.

The man claims the tax office should have approved the application but that lower-level members of the tax office are sitting on his application until they are paid a bribe to approve it. The man claims he cannot afford the bribe and has no space to keep the snakes without getting approval so he decided to dump the snakes at the office.
