A DeKalb County, Georgia mother is willing to face jail time to prove she didn’t deserve to be kicked out of a Decatur library. A trial date has been set for Donnetta Foster, who says police arrested her because her baby was making noise in the library. Foster, a 20 year-old single mother, faces 1 year in jail if convicted of obstruction of a police officer. Police say when Foster was told to leave the library, she became angry and began using profanity. She was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly cursing in front of children.
