A New Jersey barber was attacked by a man after refusing to cut the man’s hair. Dennis Guillen, the victim, was working late at the barber shop where he cuts hair when a man knocks on the door. After Guillen opens the door he tells the man he can not cut his hair. That’s when the attacker slashes Guillen’s face and runs off.
