According to local news sources, the Jianhe River in Luoyang, Henan province has been so polluted with chemicals it has turned the river to a bright red color. The pollution is allegedly the result of two illegal chemical plants discharging their production waste water into the rain sewer pipes.
Josephine Smith, 22, was arrested today and charged with felony aggravated battery on an elderly person after she approached him in the parking lot of a Hooters restaurant and attacked him. She claimed she was a vampire and then proceeded to take bites out of his face and arm. Cops found her covered in blood with her panties around her ankles.
