Albuquerque Police Caught on Tape Beating A Suspect

Cameras were rolling when two Albuquerque officers were caught severely beating a suspect who appeared to be subdued.

The video shows an officer tackling the suspect and attempting to handcuff the suspect. Moments later the officer’s partner comes to assist and begins to kick the suspect repeatedly. From the video it does not appear the suspect is putting up a fight but merely trying to protect himself from the attack. Finally after several knee drops from the second officer, the first officer cuffs the suspect.

No word on if any charges have been filed against either officer.

Police Zip Ties Hands And Feet Of 5 Year-Old Boy

A Stockton, California mom is in shock after she says police zipped tied her son for over two hours after an incident at her home.

Thelma Gray, the mother of 5 year-old Michael Davis, says her son suffers from ADHD and has caused problems at school. The school decided to send a police officer over to talk with Michael and that’s when things went horribly wrong. Michael was arrested after the police officer claims the boy became agitated and kicked the officer in the knee. The officer took the child to a nearby medical center for psychiatric evaluation and cited him for battery on a police officer. Ms. Gray feels that the officer’s reaction was excessive and unwarranted. The school board is investigating.

Pregnant Woman Claims She Miscarried After Being Pepper Sprayed

A Seattle woman who was pepper sprayed by police during the Occupy Seattle march claims that she miscarried due to complications from the attack. Police and news investigators have asked the woman for proof of the miscarriage and evidence of whether the miscarriage actually happened as a result of her being pepper sprayed by police. The woman has yet to produce the medical records. Police are conducting an internal investigation.
