Cameras were rolling when two Albuquerque officers were caught severely beating a suspect who appeared to be subdued.
The video shows an officer tackling the suspect and attempting to handcuff the suspect. Moments later the officer’s partner comes to assist and begins to kick the suspect repeatedly. From the video it does not appear the suspect is putting up a fight but merely trying to protect himself from the attack. Finally after several knee drops from the second officer, the first officer cuffs the suspect.
No word on if any charges have been filed against either officer.
