A disturbing video of a woman giving a child what appears to be a marijuana cigarette has surfaced online. It is not clear if the woman is the child’s mother. It is also not certain if the substance being giving to the child is marijuana. However during the video, the child can be seen placing his mouth on a marijuana-like cigarette several times. Reports have stated the woman may be from the South Carolina area. Anyone with information in this case is asked to call the local police.

A 19-year-old mother did the unthinkable when she was caught shoplifting at a Florida Walmart.
Walmart security cameras captured video of the woman leaving her 1 year-old son behind as she ran from the store after being caught trying to steal $200 worth of clothing.
The footage shows the young mother in the store’s lobby pushing her son in shopping cart. Seconds later the mother runs from the store after being confronted by what appears to be another shopper. Her son can be seen still sitting in the shopping cart as the mother runs through the parking lot. Reports state that the woman’s sister who accompanied the woman to the store remained behind to tend to the child.
Child Is Run Over After Parents Leave Her In The Street
A Chinese couple may want to brush up on their parenting skills after their daughter is struck and run over by a car after she was left in the street for refusing to walk.
Video surveillance shows the couple as they attempt to pull their daughter along as she refuses to move. The parents said they were on their way to drop their daughter off at daycare and she did not want to go. The parents became frustrated and proceeded to leave the girl hoping she would follow. That is when a black SUV turned the corner and unknowingly ran over the child who was sitting on the ground at the time. Bystanders rush over and actually lift the vehicle off the child who is miraculously unharmed.
9-year-old Boy Caught On Tape Abusing Toddlers At Daycare
Parents are outraged after video footage from the Kiddie City daycare in Vicksburg, Mississippi shows a 9-year-old boy kicking,punching, and even biting toddlers right under the nose of daycare workers. One father went so far as to strike a child who he thought was responsible for the attacks. He was arrested for simple assault
The boy’s Aunt went on camera to talk about her nephew and informed reporters that the child has behavior problems and is currently on medication. She went on to say that he is a normal child. It is not clear what the medicine is or why he is taking medication.
From the video footage you can see the boy attack several kids and none of the workers notice. One daycare worker was arrested for contributing to the neglect of a minor. The boy and his mother were interviewed but no word on whether the boy will be arrested.
Indian Man Accused Of Child Abuse Is Attacked By Entire Family Of The Victim
An Indian man who has been accused of child abuse was attacked on camera by the victim’s family.
The man, who has not been arrested, is shown on tape being repeatedly slapped by what we have been told is the victim’s family members. No word on when the alleged attack occurred or if the man will face charges.
10-Year-Old Brazil Boy Witnesses Mother Being Executed In Drive-By Shooting
A Brazilian community is in shock after a mother is killed as her 10-year-old son looks on.
Surveillance video from a local business at the crime scene shows the boy exit his mother’s vehicle and cross the street. As the mother sits in her car two suspects approach on a motorcycle and open fire on the mother. The car then rolls off down the street as the son chases it.
Police are currently investigating the crime. No word on a motive or suspects.

Detroit Tattoo Artist Robbed At Gunpoint But Gets A Strange Apology
A Detroit man is counting his blessing after two kids try to rob him at gunpoint but have a strange change of heart.
The man, only identified as Jay, says two kids approached him as he sat on his front porch and demanded money at gunpoint. After the teens see the man’s tattoos they find out he is a tattoo artist and offer the man an apology. The teens then leave without taking a cent. But Jay says that is not enough. He wants these kids off the street. Police are investigating.
